Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we have designed a cancellation policy that allows you to modify or cancel your order under the best possible conditions.

1. Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours after order confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

• Include the following details in your email:
  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will confirm via email whether the cancellation is possible or if your order has already been shipped.

3. Cancellation Fees

• No penalty or cancellation fee will apply if the request is made within 24 hours and before the order is shipped.
• If the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, return shipping costs will be at your expense, in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Return Address

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the products after receiving confirmation from our team. Returns should be sent to the following address:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
• If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected, following our Refund Policy.

6. Exceptions

As stated earlier, any cancellation request made after 24 hours and when the order has already been shipped cannot be processed. However, you may still return the product within 90 days of purchase, in line with our Return Policy.
